Horse Boarding Facility

Who are we?

We are a family oriented horse boarding facility located south of Houston. We are just ten minutes from Alvin, Pearland, and Friendswood! We have many types of boarding packages available to best suit our clients and their horses. Our owner, Cayce Crouch works tirelessly to make sure the ranch is in tiptop shape for the clientele, you will probably see her hauling trailers full of horses or hay and such, make sure to say hello!

Facilities

Includes turn out morning and night, feed morning and night, and 12-8 feed or you can supply your own, and coastal hay.

Full Board

Best deal!

Includes stall, pasture, and shavings, but feed and turn out on your own.

Partial Board

Works best for anyone who is available in the afternoon!

Includes one pasture, feed and turn out independently.

Pasture Board

Independant clients, this is for you!

Boarding Additions

Full Board Options

Alfalfa for $105 per month which includes 3 bales, any additonal alfalfa is $35 per bale
Fans are $25 per month

Partial Board Options

You must clean your stall minimum once every 24 hours, if not cleaned there will be a Stall Cleaning Fee of $200 per month
Round bales are split for $50 a month

Pasture Board

Includes morning feeding with your provided food
Night feedings are an additional $75 per month
Full care pasture board is available for morning and night feedings

Amenities

We have a covered arena, and 60 foot round pen which are drug daily.

There are 240 acres free for everyone to trail ride.

We have a large pond in the back used for fishing, swimming, and cooling off horses.

We have 1 indoor wash rack in the main barn, and 3 stalls outside for washing.

Excess Barn Fees

Farrier Fees- must leave a check payable to your farrier, you must be present the day of the farrier. If unable to present the payment there will be a $30 charge per horse.*
Blanketing- $50 per month*
Vet hauling to Waller- $600 round trip per horse*
Vet hauling into town- $600 round trip per horse*
Medical care- prices vary based on case*
Late invoice fees- invoice fees must be payed by the 1st of the month, a 10% of total invoice charge will occur if payment is not received after the 5th of the month.
Round Bales- $150 each
Private turnout and group turnout are both available
Alfalfa Bales- $35 each
